Having founded the business from humble beginnings, Dean has expanded the client base and locational reach, making DPC one of the market leaders in the construction industry.
Being a hands-on Managing Director and maximising his background as a trade engineer himself, Dean provides the business with clear direction, innovative drive and a strong culture which results in delivering combined success.

Adam heads up our delivery teams across the UK, leading the management in delivering complex projects.
Adam’s technical expertise and attention to detail provides an invaluable asset when it comes to acquiring, developing, and delivering extremely challenging technical schemes.
With over 15 years’ experience, first starting as an electrician, then to procurement and onto project management, Adam can combine a unique set of skills to our projects and our clients.
