Project Description

This project involves the construction of a 10-storey residential building in the heart of Reading. DPC have been awarded the works on phase 2 following the successful completion of phase 1.

The building will comprise 165 BTR residential units, a reception area, tenants amenity space, and a landscaped external courtyard. The development will include undercroft car parking, new incoming services, and extensive external works.

As part of our constant development, we have engaged with a software company to create a bespoke software to create a management software system for the Customer Care Team and engineers.

The key goal with this implementation is to help improve our customer and aftercare services whilst enhancing the users experience with the aim to minimise disruption to our customers and end users.

We anticipate this being live within the next four weeks.
