DPC recently completed the design, supply and install of all mechanical and electrical works to 177 new build apartments including a remote plant room and an offsite energy centre
Works included a mix of active elderly apartments to block A, HA apartments to blocks B and C, and private sale to block D.
All apartments had different specifications and finishes. Part of the works included the decommissioning and removal of the existing energy centre located offsite at Barrett House.
Once removed DPC were instructed to supply and install a new Energy Centre with underground district heating supplies to tie in the new scheme and the existing scheme
Part of the new build scheme was the refurbishment of 48no social housing apartments at the nearby Tyler House, with 13no new build apartments.
