These new homes in Bromley by Bow, East London will form part of the most important regeneration scheme in East London since the 2012 Olympics.
The Guinness Partnership has chosen Henry Construction to be their partner to deliver phase 1 which is 491 one, two and three bedroom flats in blocks ranging from 12 to 26 storey’s along with restaurants, retail and office space with associated landscaping, access and car parking. With a TFL/ London Underground rail line running along side the south side of the site and access coming from one road off the A12 to the west the logistics and working with the relevant authorities is crucial to the successful completion of the scheme. Phase to follow with 401 units in due course.
