DPC carried out the supply and install of the mechanical and electrical works to Phase 11 of the Park Central development. We secured the final phase In the regeneration scheme following the success of the previous phases 8, 8b and 13.
In total there are 339 units broken down as Block A (41 units), Block B (41 units), Block C (36 units), Block D (46 units), E (99 units) and F (76 units) with an underground car park area that links them all.
Works included 6no plant rooms, access control, smoke ventilation, electric panel heaters to the apartments, PV panels on all roofs and the landlord supplies to the commercial areas. DPC also carried out the conversion of the marketing suite and show plots into 3no apartments as a turnkey project.
