DPC carried out the supply and install of all mechanical works to 183 apartments at Essex Brewery in Walthamstow.
Works included the full supply and install of the energy centre, including 2no CHP’s. Each apartment included Heat Interface units, vertical column radiators and energy metering interfaced with a data logger in the energy center.
On completion of the project DPC were instructed as part of a turnkey package to convert the marketing and sales suite back into 2 apartments.
